Your role will be to support the operational activity for the 3 activities (Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry) and the Corporate Functions in the Middle-East. You will also participate in the creation and implementation of HR development projects for the Retail and Office populations.

Your main responsibilities are :

HR Operational activity :

-Recruit, on-board, manage and animate the Intern, VIE and short-term contract population

-Animate the local internal communication (intranet, local and global news update and new project)

-Follow and up-date HR tools to support and drive the activity : HR dashboard (turn-over, seniority, absenteeism,…), salary mapping, staff budget, etc…

-Organize and participate in recruitment sessions for Retail staff


HR Development projects :

-Animate our Development digital platform (events, conferences, activities) and develop the concept with new ideas and initiatives

-Coordinate our majors Development programs for Office and Retail

-Support the implementation of the Training Plan by sourcing training agencies and implementing “sur-mesure” training programs relevant for the business

-Take part in the Retail projects for our UAE Boutiques (competencies level, recruitment, HR guideline, etc…)

-Source, define and benchmark recruitment approaches and tools relevant for the efficiency of our businesses

Profil requis


You have a master degree (business or communication school, university master…) and a first experience as an HR generalist in an international company within a Retail or customer experience focus environment.

You are autonomous, at ease with figures and like to work in a team with a project way.

A first successful experience abroad is required (studies or professional).

You are people-oriented, dynamic,  flexible and agile in an intercultural environment.

Your analytical skills, your capacity to structure ideas and your ability to take initiatives and multitask in a fast-pace environment will be key to succeed in this position.

English and pack office (excel) are a must.

French would be a real advantage.

VIE based in Dubai – 12 months
