Within the Digital division, you will join Business Service team within the Multi-Brands Retailer and Digital Signage team. The goal is to drive the projects according to the needs of the Fashion division. To do so, you will support the digitalization by coordinating various projects related to activities within the Multi-Brands Retailer and Digital Signage projects.

Within this team, your main tasks will be:


1/ the project management of the Digital Signage project (video & audio broadcast in boutiques):
- Management and monitoring of the digital signage communication plans: retrieve broadcast and local planning, communicate internal and to local markets
- Maintain the dedicated pages for Digital Signage on the Confluence platform: maintain presentations and guidelines, create/update the audio and video broadcast planning for each collection
- Content validation of the video raw files for each collection
- Establish and implement dedicated projects: Screen quality check, removal of DVDs/CDs, etc.

2/ the project management of the Back-office project (digital signage – marketing communication tool for Fashion Assistants):
- To retrieve and share global content with the UK digital team
- To establish and launch the local content project with the European team

3/ to support the project management of the Multi-Brands Retailer project:
- Management and monitoring of the multiple communication plans – ensure the deadlines are met for each MBR in regards to the launches of collections + websites
- Monitor and track the collection launches on each MBR
- Support the management of: editorial content creations, asset creations, deployment of new features, analytics, creation of graphic and business guidelines, selection and creation of category banners, benchmarking, etc.

Profil requis

Profil:

 

- Currently studying for a master's degree in a business school, a university or an engineering school
- Some experience in project management
- Exceptional attention to details
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team setting
- Basic comfort level with digital technologies, and a desire to learn more about new platforms and content management projects
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable
- Fluent in English
